The restaurant building project was developed based on a preliminary design approved by the client. The building's façade, along with the terraces, faces the southwest, offering a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The total construction area of the building is 1,048 m², with a terrace area of 560 m². The exterior walls are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with insulation. The exterior stairs are also made of monolithic reinforced concrete and are finished with natural stone.
