The building is designed to be accessible for people with disabilities. The total construction area is 1093 m², with a terrace and small yard of 287 m². Materials used include reinforced concrete, wood, metal, and glass. The building integrates organically with the existing complex terrain and is terraced due to the challenging topography. The facade of the building, with its terraces, faces the southeast, offering a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The exterior walls are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with insulation.
